Hope you’re having an awesome and amazing day!

I just got back from our Freedom Fest event after driving over 3,500 miles, and I have to say it was totally worth it!

I laughed, I cried, I loved, and I learned.

While I was there, I had a couple of really insightful conversations with fellow home business entrepreneurs.

I wanted to share what I learned with you, so I made this little video before I left Dallas for the long drive home.

I think it can help us all in a couple of key ways.

First, to learn how to not be so hard on ourselves so we can show up where we can, when we can, in the best way we can.

Second, a simple little switch leaders can make to help people do the same thing.

Earlier on in my career, I thought leadership was about telling people what to do and making myself look like a superhero so they would listen.

I’ve learned over time that, that couldn’t be further from the truth.
