One of the greatest benefits I've recieved from starting on the road to building a life of freedom for myself and my family, and deciding to stay on the road for 17 years now, is discovering who I really was inside, tapping into that person and being able to give my soul a voice.

One easy way to develop your voice, that you can practice without zero fear whatsoever, is journal writing.
No one sees your journal but you.
This is a simple way to define, refine and express your true inner self in a way that can help you build courage to express more and more of it into the world.
Problem with journaling though, is it can be tedious, time consuming and honestly, feel like such a chore, that many times we put it off, do it occasionally and don't get the returns from it that we could get.
