Why not target the Thai market?
This property is in soi 14 of Naklua, the famous German area with lots of high end hotels all around but also a big business for Thai tourists that stay for short and long period but always busy. But live is much cheaper around there than in Pattaya city. Thai clients in Thailand do not have any high or low season because it is high season the whole year around. The income for the investor can be lower than getting the high end high payers, but the income is secured the whole year around.
Warning again for the short cutters!!!! The address and even the name of this project is mentioned on the listing but to go there directly has no point. The owner is not around and gave us exclusivity concerning showing.
