Please open up your eyes and ears please…we will return to the “new normal” soon, life will become as before or close to it, all signs are there: sandbox systems, less Corona victims, more people got the vaccine at high speed progressing, Thai prime minister and Pattaya nightlife operators try to open bars soon and 120 days countdown to re-opening for tourists. Open the borders up again will get a flood of people that are waiting for over 1 year to come to Thailand but also many investors can finally go ahead with their plans to invest in Thailand and especially in Pattaya.
And for God sakes please stop listening to the luckily few announcers of depressions and the end of the commercial world, the death of Pattaya, a recovery that will take years and so many conspiracy theories. When some so called experts get into the news and the newspaper is ready to announce his negative opinion about the situation, keep in mind that is just this person’s opinion and not based on hard fact. Try to see the negative and fact news on social media such as Facebook. Wake up please.. the future looks amazing profitable and it is very near by!!!
But because we are in the selling of businesses…. the present low prices to take over business running into the last days. If you are or have a potential business buyer, NOW is the time to buy despite bars are not open yet. The business sellers will get the prices up again or will re-open the business by themselves and super low Corona rental prices are now still standing but not long anymore. It is the best time ever to take over a business, even a club, gogo or disco in the now dark Walking Street, buying NOW is a very clever business approach.
We published a gentlemen’s club with 24 rooms yesterday and today it is sold. Many commercial properties but also residential are getting sold, wake up, become realistic the bright future is near in Pattaya!!!
