Hello Friend, Real estate in Thailand is a jungle where every monkey and snake around called himself of herself "agent". The worst trick from this people is to publish a property under the price the owner wants without the permission from the owner. Then when they attract the buyers with this underpriced fake offers, they tell the client sorry but the price is little bid higher. Fair agents publish the owners price and loose buyers due to this fake agents. Let us just hope rules and regulations concerning becoming a real estate agent will be stricter and surely publications have to be regulated. Here is a sample from a pool house we publish 4.2m THB with serious discount potential but some agent published it at 2.99m THB without the permission of the owner. |
