Many times we see ads from turnkey businesses but if you walk in, you still have to renovate and make extra expenses to open up so the turnkey business is not really turnkey. The offer today is turnkey, you still have to buy alcohol and other stuff to sell in the bar but for the rest it is get the key and open up. Even the licenses are updated. The only thing is that we just have to wait for the Thai government to open up bars and allow alcohol to be sold but experts think it will be very soon.... some part of Thailand work with sandbox systems already selling alcohol. Still it is the best time to take over a turnkey bar business.
