Hello Friend,
We have the opinion based on experiences with villa buyers that they specially like to buy inside a village because the power of this is privacy. The 24/7 security at the gate not allowing everybody inside and the security check ups that the guards are doing driving regular inspection tours are main reasons to buy in a village.
The village property we offer today does not even have a communal pool so security is the real reason why people prefer a villa inside a village instead of owning privately. Regards,
