Oh yes, we know well... when you take over a business now the first months the profits will be low but the prices these businesses are now offered are so cheap that e few months without real profits are acceptable...
Move in to a bar with 4 rooms in Bhua Kao for 250k THB or move into a lounche ON Jomtien beach for 180k TH !!! A no brainer and it does not get lower then this, once the Corona clears up, prices will go up again..... Go for it NOW! Regards,
