Hello Friend,
It seems to be contradictive when soi 7 has a status of 90% of the businesses have closed down due to Covid to take over a bar with rooms right now at this present moment but it is a golden advice. The owner also see that there is an end coming soon to this Covid restrictions and prices are going up again. The bar with 3 rental rooms are still way under the normal price, first month rent is free, rent half price and take over half from before. THIS IS THE MOMENT TOTAKE OVER AND MOVE IN!!! |
