Hello Friend,
The clever set up from this townhouse is clever because the total amount of rooms are 5 but there are 2 entrances. One entrance is for the 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and the other entrance is for the 3 bedrooms upstairs. This set up is clever because as owner you can live in one of the 2 parts and rent the other own out so in fact the property combines commercial and residential... the building feeds the family!!!
