Hello Friend,
Today we offer a small hotel in Jomtien for sale in full property but it has a very important feature: THIS HOTEL HAS A LIFT!!! Yes it has NO pool and it has ONLY 15 rooms but the fact that it is 200 meters from the beach makes the pool less important. The fact that it has a lift makes the value of the property much higher. Only think about the fact that tourists just arrived and tired from the flight have to take their own suitcases in the hotel to floor 4 via the stair!!! NOW YOU SEE....A LIFT IS IMPORTANT!!!
