Several times per week we have to send agents with a buyer for a hotel back because they cannot not show proof of funds from their buyer but this is not only our opinion. Hotel owners are tired of let agents and so called buyers run around on the hotel property wasting time and asking super discounts. The agent or owners does not even know that the buyer is for real and 95 percent is bs. That is the reason why real buyers get access to our data base of hotels for sale and even can meet the seller/owner ONLY AFTER THEY HAVE SHOWN PROOF OF FUNDS. Real buyers understand this, fake buyers come up with all kinds of excuses why they not show this proof of funds. Also agents who know an agent who knows an agent who could have a potential hotel buyer is not welcome anymore. Real agents have the buyers direct.
