In the process of selling a hotel, most of the owner does not want anybody to know that they are selling their hotel. Our hotel expert remember the exact words of a hotel owner/seller that says it all: “Sell my hotel but don’t tell anybody”. When an inquiry comes, create a profile from the buyer, get a prove of funds (bank statement proving that a person has the financial ability to perform a transaction) and let then sign a NCND (non-circumvention non-disclosure agreement).
With these hard facts, you can convince the seller that your buyer is not another time waster and the viewing can go ahead. In case the buyer comes from another agent just make a co-commission agreement.
