It is hard to find a restaurant that is "just for rent" without key money, take over or other extras. This restaurant comes fully furnished an equipped in a top location on main road. The only downside in first payment becomes an extreme upside after you run it is the super low rent. With a prepay of 2 years at Corona price, the montly rent because ONLY 5.000 THB per month.....
