Subject: "Residential" Means NO Hotel License Needed

Hello Friend, 

Soon the new laws will show up concerning a hotel license, these rules supposed to arrive last year but Corona stopped the lawmakers to work on it. We expect that soon to come the new laws to get a hotel license will show up. That will make it a lot easier to get this hotel licence compared with the to strict and impossible to follow laws of 2 years ago. 
Despite this, a license to rent out rooms by monthly time periods is easy to get and 100 % legal to run. Today's owner want to make it clear that the building is NOT a hotel but a residential building with large rooms only rented out by month.
So no hotel license needed to buy and run this property...
