To see a hotel for rent for 120.000 THB per month it could look very expensive but if you see you have got for this amount 24 rooms, it ends up as 5.000 THB per room per month. Than knowing that the rooms are rented out for a minimum at 800 THB per night and you rent out every room 8 days per month, the break even is already reached... On top of that is this hotel in the city of Pattaya what makes it easier to fill it up. |
