Our daily newsletter that we send out are mostly for agents or people who know potential buyers to get a serious commission. We hardly send out condominiums but we only do under strict conditions. The condo have to be in or near Pattaya city, on foreign name, at a nice price for the buyer and with the "normal" 5% commission for the person who brings in the buyer. Today we found one.... in View Talay 1a at super low price for a double unit... just let us know if you have a buyer and if this buyer really buys, you will get 5% commission in full. |
