Overhead refers to the ongoing business expenses or those costs required running the business. Surely overhead costs do not directly lead to the generation of profits. Overhead is still necessary, since it provides critical support for the generation of profit-making activities.
The reason why we come up with overhead definition helps answer the question: Why not open a business at the Pattaya “Dark Side” instead of in Walking Street?

Today we offer a double unit bar restaurant with 4 rooms. We only compare the rent… at the dark side of Pattaya the rent is 25,000.00 THB per month and a 650k THB take over, the same building inside Walking Street would go over 250,000.00 THB per month PLUS another 2,500,000.00 THB key money what returns every 3 years plus a serious amount take over the business. While insurance, accounting, taxes will be the same, the rent will make the difference. Only these rental expenses and take over price are the real overhead expenses that will make an investor think twice why NOT to open up a business in Walking Street and turn towards Pattaya’s dark side…
