The owner of this hotel for rent was clear to us: NO Pictures Please! Bullet Points ONLY! As honest agent or client you will not understand how you can make a decision without seeing pictures upfront. But as honest real estate group like us Pattaya Property Network we lost already millions in sales commission by being honest and open. This is the scenario: we publish pictures and details from the property, buyers and agent see the pictures and with the details they find the property, then they go there and try to talk to the owner not telling this owner the information comes from us, then they buy and cut us out from commission. Sorry to be honest but we have to stop and start hiding details. If you are honest you will understand. Aside this the owners not want that the hotel is published all over the internet that will let clients, residents and even staff run away. So for todays offer we need to be sure the person inquire is serious and had the money before showing any pictures... |
