Not at all we try to sell this resort and use the same super condition sales pitch but our experts have never ever seen such a perfect small resort for sale in Pattaya Pratumnak. The quality is top and it is just set up as a model resort all over. This one you have to see to believe it, the pictures does not justify the real thing. On top of that the selling price of 26,000,000.00THB is lower than the price in Pratumnak of the same 800 Sqm land size so actually you buy the land and get the resort for free!!! It does NOT get any better than this!!! |
