Hello Friend, We had a clever investor, he have seen the hotel we offered and immediately he linked the hotel to the target group. This small hotel has a small pool, close to Jomtien beach, Thai style with large rooms and balconies and a super restaurant with bed and breakfast atmosfere between staff and clients. This investor told us that this is for older clients who like it peaceful, walking distance to the beach, like large Thai style rooms in high comfort. Checking this with the present owners, that was indeed the kind of clients that came there all the time. It is interesting how the property determine the target group, a good idea to choose the hotel to buy depending of the clients it will attract. |
