Hello Friend,
It is normal that the owner try to sell the property to the highest price keeping in account the value of it. But if the sale is not fast enough, some owners want to speed up the selling by dropping the selling price with extra discount...
Here are 2 samples from commercial properties, on the poster you see the "normal" price but under that poster in RED you will see the present lowered selling price!!!
For sales people are these extra discounts a strong selling tool!!!
