A buying process for a large hotel takes months, that is the reason why real hotel buyers are not worried about the Coronavirus. By the time the sales process is over, also the Coronavirus is history.

A lot of confusing and contradictions are going around in Pattaya and all over Thailand is about the hotel licenses. Even rich hotel owner have problems getting this. Fact of the matter here is that 70% of the hotels are illegal

We selected today 2 hotels with hotel license a first one prime located in the second road area of Pattaya, has 79 rooms, lift, pool, private parking, is 3 star but looks like 5 star and it has a very high occupancy rate. The pricing is set on 320m THB but it is negotiable.

The second one looks like 5 star high end 62 room hotel hardly 1.2 kilometers from Walking Street.
