For the moment all hotels with a real hotel license will sell first on the hotel sale market. Doubts about the future and severe sanctions from the Thai government for non-licensed hotels are hanging over the sales process as a dark cloud. And officially over 70 percent of hotels in Pattaya work without a real hotel license so the choices are low in numbers....

We selected today a hotel with hotel license and on top of that it is prime located in the second road area of Pattaya, has 79 rooms, lift, pool, private parking, is 3 star but looks like 5 star and it has a very high occupancy rate.
