A lot of confusing and contradictions are going around in Pattaya and all over Thailand is about the hotel licenses. Even rich hotel owner have problems getting this. Fact of the matter here is that 70% of the hotels are illegal

We selected today a hotel with hotel license and on top of that it is prime located in the second road area of Pattaya, has 79 rooms, lift, pool, private parking, is 3 star but looks like 5 star and it has a very high occupancy rate.
