The price per room if it comes to a hotel for sale is mostly in general between 3m THB and 6m THB per rooms when it is high end and beach front with sea views. That can drop to hotels inlands do about 1m THB per room. But to find a hotel close to the beach at less then 1mTHB per room is really very exceptional. We have one hotel 250 meters from the beach with 36 rooms selling at only 27.5m THB that comes to 763,888.00 THB per room, probably the cheapest hotel in Pattaya. On top of this it does not need renovation, has a pool, a lift, a spa center and a large restaurant. It does not get any better than this. Contact us for this offer. |
