In case we have a buyer for a hotel of lower prices, we mostly are flexible on the agent's or buyers approach. We just invite the buyer to see the hotel and meet the owner. But in case we have a buyer for a hotel with a price like 1,800,000,000.00 THB, this flexibility does not work. For a hotel like we offer today we do need a profile of the buyer, a proof of funds of the buyer and a small contract to be signed by buyer and agent that provide a non disclosure non circumvention agreement. After this is OK, the viewing can be planned. These demands are not our demands but every seller on that level want to avoid time wasters. At all time discretion have to be respected. Staff does not have to know the that owner want to sell the hotel where they work because they will be worried about their job. Visitors or residents not have to know that the owner want to sell the hotel where they stay because it is not good for the reputation from the hotel. Names, pictures, location cannot be published. We are direct to the hotels at that level, just contact us for details.
To get full information we demand first:
Full identification of the real estate agent if there is an agent involved.
Full identification from the potential buyer (Soft profile is needed)
1 Proof of funds
2 LOI agreement (letter of intent)
3 NDNC agreement (Non-disclosure Non-circumvention contract)
We can provide these documents as also commission agreements if needed.
After received these documents, arrangements will be made to view the property and meet the owner in person.
