Usually the big hotels selling over 800m THB demand that the identity of the hotel is not published openly with name, pictures and location because of reasons like staff would leave if they know it will be sold and also clients change their booking away from a hotel that is for sale and many other reasons. But this small 22 room guesthouse with restaurant in Jomtien does not run in to the hundreds of millions and still demand not to e published openly with name, pictures and location although the selling price is 26.5m THB. But we respect every owners wish so we also not give details without the agent and/or buyer is identified and have proof of funds... This hotel is never been published for sale before... |
