Hello Friend,
The amount of negativities and hate messages we get when we place a business with key money for rent are extreme. So it have to be a relief that now we can offer a GoGo bar just for rent, No take over, No key money, No prepay, just simple 1 month rent plus 3 months deposit. The rent is 60.000 THB per month but all inside is new and ready to open up. Now it is up to the renter!!! |
