Our group is working with most of the real estate agents in Pattaya surely when it comes to inquiries to buy a hotel because we are the leading group for this in direct contact with the owners. Many times we have similar inquiries: "Have a buyer for a hotel with more than 200 rooms and the budget is 1b THB". Then we offer a hotel with 327 rooms for 360m THB and the agency's greed hits the fan..... "No, my buyer has 1b THB budget!!!"
Greed is according to the dictionary "intense and selfish desire for something, especially money".
But where is the service towards buyers? We can offer 327 rooms for 360m THB,why should the buyer pay 1b THB for less rooms?
But now the biggest surprise for this greedy agencies... the commission on the 360m THB is higher then the commission on the 1b THB hotel sale!!!!
But let us be clear, not all agencies in Pattaya are greedy, just almost all.
