It is typically that people that lives in Pattaya city does not want to live in the east side of it but almost all of the people who lives in the east side does not want to live in the city. For many of this residents is the distance to the city not important. The biggest advantage in residential properties is the price: east side is so much cheaper then near the beach. Today we offer a sample from this, a pool house on 800 sqm land for only 9.9m THB, that would just be impossible near the beach... Regards,
