For many or the real estate agents in Thailand, it is not exceptional that owners want to sell or rent their properties. Some of them want millions in sale but not want to spend hundreds of cleaning up. It is a hard fact that dirty properties are hard to sell. We do have some exceptions on this rules.... the offer today is a small resort in Pratumnak and we can say that all of it in every corner and rooms is just in perfect condition. The whole resort looks like a brand new model resort and the real thing is even nicer than the pictures. A big congratulations for the owner who understand that dirty properties not sell. |
