Beachfront properties have a much higher value than any other real estate offers. Mostly it is because of the massive foot and car traffic passing by every moment of the day.
But to be honest, the sea views are mostly in the evening and night just dark sea views with nothing to see than a large dark space with here and there some lights from fisherman’s boats working in night times.
But let us put that dark sea views aside, today we found a beach front corner shop house that is normally only for rent but we convince the owner to also put it for sale.
It does need renovation and adjusting but the fact that it is a corner unit and has only the road between the building and the beach makes is high in commercial value.
In daytime the views are magnificent, especially from the top floor, and yes… during evenings and night it only shows dark sea views but by that time, your business have earned the needed profits already!!!
