I general there are no advantages at this Corona time but in case you buy a building now and need a few months renovation, the time is not wasted . The idea we bring today is to buy 2 houses next to each other in the city of Pattaya in the VC area and renovated it towards a guesthouse. The buying process can be done now and the time needed to make new plans to renovate and reform the 2 houses into a 1 commercial guesthouse with 7 rooms and a restaurant can start now. By the time this renovation is done, changes are high that the borders are open again,foreigner can come back on holiday and you can start business. In this case the slow Corona time is well spend for the renovation.
