Firstly a very happy Chinese new year and welcome in the year of the year of the pig.

Once you pay less than 1m THB per room plus take the land value inside, it can be called cheap!!
OK, let us be serious about it and mention that these buildings not have a hotel license in place but both are hotel buildings and if sold that low, the extra costs to get it licensed is peanuts.
