Rent per room per month is 4.257 THB + 3.738 THB =
TOTAL IS
7.995 THB PER ROOM PER MONTH.
This would come as
226 THB per room per day.
This for completely renovated and as new large hotel rooms that rent out between 800 and 1200 THB per day…..
