Strange title for this one time newsletter.
Bad news for the agent who sold us the 18 units in Center Condotel and missed out on 660,000.00 THB in commission. Although it was sold within 5 days after publication, it ended up in a cancelation because the buyers home country decided that he was not allowed to send his own money from his country to Thailand.
