It will be difficult to run 7 businesses at the same time but the idea is to run all of them by yourself with staff that can take responsibility or to partly or in full sublease the businesses. We offer at the same packet a tattoo shop, hairdresser, exchange booth, real estate office, restaurant, massage shop plus a hotel with 35 rooms. The total rent for all is 350k THB per month with NO key money to pay and the owner offers a lower rental rate during Corona. |
