Sure as Covid hit us, agents combine selling powers and share commissions on a sale so mostly the 5 % becomes 2.5% and in many cases the 3% becomes 1.5%....
But be honnest, if you come up with a real buyer who buys, you do deserve the FULL 5 PERCENT COMMISSION!!!
So the properties we send to you today are offered in fully 5 % comissions if you come up with the buyer.
But there is a limitation for this in time, it has to be sold before 25 June 2022 and we cannot give a hughe discount anymore and both conditions are possible because the properties are already offered discounted.
Just contact us if you have a buyer and we will get you the full 5% commission because you deserve!!
