When we publish a bar + 8 rooms for rent in soi 6 for only 60k THB rent with 3 months deposit and no take over, no key money and no prepay and we put that on Facebook, we always get a lot of negative remarks over us. But this is simple to explain: this negative remarks comes from none believers, mostly not in Pattaya, not have the money to invest, claim to be the experts, claim that this Corona will take another 2 years before business starts up again, claim that it is a scandal owners asking rent money now.... But there is another group of believers who not react, they know this Corona is temporary and will pass soon, they believe that the Thai government works hard to save the high season this year, they see England and many parts of the USA are now back to normal life, they also know that the low prices for businesses to take over will soon go up again and that it is now the moment to move in. But even if we get reactions of the negative none believers, we respect their opinion and we have the right to block them forever... Regards,
