Introducing Pathagoras v. 2021

It has been about 7 months since we released Pathagoras
2020.5 and we have been busy ever since. As our user base expands, so do the
suggestions about how Pathagoras can best operate in the wide variety of
environments our customers reflect. (Unlike other programs, we don't shoe-horn you in to a specific or
narrow way of doing things. This is also why you will never learn all the
features. You don't need to. We want you to work in the way in which you feel most comfortable. We offer several alternative approaches to 'best solutions'.)
I have summarized the
major 2021 improvements introduced since I last wrote at this page in the Manual.
Do check it out. Upgrade instructions to v. 2021 can be found in the boxes at the foot of this letter.
Customer demand also led us to (finally) create a Forum for
involvement of our users, to share ideas, answer each other's questions, etc. The
Pathagoras Forum can be quite remarkable tool, and I hope you will participate
in making it a helpful new layer to the already world-class support for which
we have been known. (No, we am not turning over support to the masses. I will be
an active participant on the Forum.) And if you want to ask a question outside of the
Forum, that is very much still okay. Wherever you choose to ask them, we
will answer your questions as we always have . . . promptly and thoroughly. The
Forum is just an additional tool, not a substitute for the service you have
rightfully come to expect.

One more small favor. Our growth is in a small part fed by our advertising. But
for the greatest part, it is generated by word of mouth referrals. If you would be
so kind as to share this newsletter with others in your social or professional
circles (there are links at the top and bottom of this letter), that would be
greatly appreciated. Also, Google has a reviews page which you could use to help spread the word. Or consider offering a review at Capterra. If you are so
inclined, a kind word and a few stars as appropriate in either of these locations would
also be much appreciated.
