I hope your holidays during this 'interesting' period of time have been happy, merry, and most importantly, healthy.
This newest virus strain is taking its toll on many, but if you find this time also to be the best time to work on office efficiencies (including document automation) and have a question about super-charging Pathagoras, this is a great time to ask. (I originally wrote 'best time to ask,' but that seemed to imply that we aren't always readily available. As those who ask questions throughout the year know, there is no 'better' or 'best' time to contact us. We are at your beck and call, and are always prompt in our replies.)
So, shoot your questions over. Shoot over documents that you think should be working but are not. (And please tell us what's not working. Screen shots are wonderful.) And rest assured, we guard your proprietary interests in all documents you send.
If we need to (or you want to) meet 'live' (via GoToMeeting), we'll set one up ASAP (oftentimes within the hour).
So, don't be a stranger. Don't hesitate to write. There is no 'bad question'.
But if you decide not to connect with us during this likely slower week, don't fret. We'll still be around whenever you want us.
