Good Morning (or Evening),

    As many of you know, I am a practicing attorney (although at a reduced level in consideration of Pathagoras). Every once in a while (and this is one of those whiles), a major case settles or otherwise goes away, leaving me large blocks of unoccupied time. I generally tend to fill that time updating and testing Pathagoras. But I also typically send out these invitations for you to call or write me regarding your use of the program.

    So if you have a question about Pathagoras (whether basic operations or super-charging your existing setup), next week (and the rest of today - Friday Dec 2) is a great time to ask.

    Shoot your questions over. Send me documents that you think should be working but are not. (Please also tell us what's not working. Screen shots and videos are wonderful.) And rest assured, we guard your proprietary interests in all documents you send.

    If we need to (or you want to) meet 'live' (via GoToMeeting), we'll set one up ASAP (oftentimes within an hour or two). Just call or write requesting the meeting.

    So, don't be a stranger. Don't hesitate to write. There is no 'bad question'.
