We received a lot of wonderful (good as well as critical) feedback from users as
to its ease of use, the screenage and the like. We took that advice very much to heart, and rewrote
a good bit of the program.
Announcing Pathagoras On Cloud v.2
The new look is dramatic and much more 'user friendly'.
- The screens are much more intuitive and sleeker.
- Document
assembly is drag and drop (this is the coolest improvement) and
- The boilerplate
clauses are always present. 'Boilerplate' is anything you want it to be. A boilerplate clause can be a text snippet (a signature block or a certificate); it can be a paragraph or multiple paragraphs of text; it can be a complete document. Pathagoras On Cloud allows you an unlimited number of boilerplate clauses, categorized in as many folders and sub-folders as you desire. There is nothing out there quite like what we have now made available.
Existing users: if you prepared documents in Version 1, don't worry. You will not lose a thing. You will not have to rewrite anything. The basic functions are essentially the same. Our beta testers who have used both versions confirm that the transition from 1 to 2 is seamless.
Here is a listing of some of the features (some new, some old) offered by
Pathagoras On Cloud:
Here are some more classic 'Pathagoras'
features that we have extended to the cloud:
The above title is red and bold because we want to make sure that you see it.
We have tied Pathagoras tightly into
Google Drive(tm),
OneDrive(tm), Dropbox(tm) and
NetDocuments(tm) storage. So every document you have in one of those accounts is available to Pathagoras without copying or converting it. Our link is direct. (Note: Pathagoras On Cloud can only link to one account at a time, but it is possible to switch back and forth if you maintain 2 or more of such accounts.)
When a document is
assembled, processed and/or personalized, the resulting document is immediately
available in the original storage location. Further, to the extent that you service syncs your cloud storage to your local device, (computer, table, pad, phone, etc.) you will also see the result there after the synching is done.
And there is more. If your storage is Google Drive or OneDrive, you can further edit your assembled documents in Google Docs or in Word Online!!! So, POC gives you the best of all worlds. Assemble and
personalize your documents in the cloud using the Pathagoras engine, but do
further editing in either Microsoft or Google (or Pathagoras natively if you
prefer our editor). Share the completed documents with others with the
collaboration tools offered by Microsoft or Google without your collaborators having to own
a Pathagoras license. Email your final product to your client, yourself , your
office or a collaborator. (To be clear on this, Pathagoras does not, and cannot, run
within Google Docs or Word Online. These programs don't yet allow add-ins directly onto their sites. You would first assemble the document within Pathagoras On Cloud, but a single click after that takes you to your Google Docs or Word Online editor.)

Can I re-try Pathagoras On Cloud even though my original trial has expired? Yes, that is why we are writing. We encourage you to do try the new version for 60 more days. So,if you do wish to re-try Pathagoras On Cloud, just need to
write to me asking for the extension. I'll extend your earlier trial by a full 60 days so you can thoroughly test out this new product. Let me know.
Plus, if you are currently subscribed to POC, write, and I will credit you the next 2 months payments. I hope that sounds fair.
