Alt-G Calls

The keyboard press of Alt-G allows you to perform a number of 'cool' functions. For example, if we have scheduled a GoToMeeting session together, you can start it simply by typing the word 'meeting' anywhere on an editing screen. Press Alt-G (the 'g' stands for 'g'et) and the meeting starts.
Similarly, if you type a SmartPath number or a QuickLink name followed by Alt-G, the designated folder will be displayed.
We have gotten a lot of compliments on the ease and usefullness of our Alt-G functions. Because of its untapped potential, we gave expanded the scope of what Alt-G can do. This latest release brings Pathagoras' ease of use, and ease of access to functions using keywords and Alt-G, to a new level.
The current list of Alt-G keywords now exceeds 30. The keywords and their target actions can be found at this page of the Manual.
Don't worry. You don't have to memorize anything. With the new version installed, if you just type the keyword 'altg' and then press Alt-G, Pathagoras will give you the current list. (Clever, no?) You can print out the list and keep it handy by your side.
Alt-G can not only simplify your access to important program tools (editing, clause creation, database tools, etc.), but can also teach you (remind you) of features you may not have even known existed. This altg chart may end up being the best 'cheat sheet' we have developed.

Early users of Pathagoras 2017 reported small (and sometimes medium-sized) bugs affecting some routines and screenage. All fixed, at least as far as we know. If you have discovered any and haven't reported it yet, do let us know.
