Just 2 quick announcements:
1. Color coding for selecting/deleting optional text blocks: This new feature continues to generate substantial interest and great suggestions. Lots of users are inquiring about how best to implement it, and are offering clever ideas on how to maximize its use.
Based on those suggestions, I have revised the color coding menu to allow quicker access to the color coding tools. Access this menu via Pathagoras Features | Authoring/Editing Tools | Color Coded Options.
I have also added the /NEGOPT feature to the module. Adding /NEGOPT to the color coding routine effectively doubled the scope of text you can cover with a single color. (/NEGOPT stands for 'negative optional'. In an optional text block in your document, you could type '/NEGOPT' and text you want to remain in the document when a checkbox is 'unchecked.' I refer you to the /NEGOPT section of the Manual for more details about this handy and powerful tool.)
2. Content Controls: We are working on perfecting the integration of Microsoft 'Content Controls' with Pathagoras. Content Controls are an evolving, but very powerful way of gathering and collecting data from Microsoft Word documents. And despite being a Microsoft invention, Content Controls are actually easy to set up and to edit. For purposes of Pathagoras, it is also easy for Pathagoras to scrape data from Content Controls into an Instant Database record.

Early users of Pathagoras 2017 reported small (and sometimes medium-sized) bugs affecting some routines and screenage. All fixed, at least as far as we know. If you have discovered any and haven't reported it yet, do let us know.
