Dear Pathagoras Owner,
Microsoft recently released upgrades to Office that have had a severe impact on Pathagoras and other VBA based programs. It has (temporarily) messed up many Pathagoras displays. (The upgrades don't have the same effect on every computer. If you have the upgrade and don't notice anything wrong, you are among the lucky ones. The problems, if any, will be obvious.)
Microsoft has admitted the error and they are fixing it. Unfortunately, a release date has not been announced
See this post on the Microsoft Support site:

Fortunately, I discovered the problem fairly early on (about a week ago now) and have developed a fix that addresses the display problems.
If you are up to date in your Annual Support Agreement (ASA), you can download the program and proceed with the latest version by following this link. You will need your Serial Number to check the status of your ASA. (If you don’t have your Serial Number, let me know and I can find it for you.)
If you are not current in your ASA, and are having the problem described, you have several options:
1. Renew your ASA using the above link.
2. Revert to an earlier install of Office. The link to Microsoft shown above offers instructions on how to do that.
3. Wait until Microsoft fixes Office (but I cannot tell you when that will be).
This is one of those ‘unbelievable’ moments in Microsoft history: It is simply beyond belief that Microsoft did not test its program to see what it was about to do to thousands of programmers and their customers.
Let me know if you have any questions for me.
