Let's celebrate, Friend!
Is this a real holiday today? For some of us, it is.
Monday, August 29th, 2016 is (finally) the day that the new FAA rules for the commercial operation of small unmanned aerial systems become law of the land.
You probably don't need me to tell you that there is going to be a lot of media buzz about today and what it means.
What could it mean for you? For your career? Or your company's business?
I don't know the answer for you, but I would love to help you make it a good answer.
Here's another special offer. In 2 weeks, I will be attending the InterDrone expo in Las Vegas, Nevada. Take a look at the program and exhibitors, then tell me who or what you want to learn more about.
I do recommend you gather your thoughts a little bit before you look at this program, because it's a HUGE event. Not just drone technology, but legal aspects, risk management, regulatory concerns, how to integrate drones into your company operations, and specific industry applications. Industries like engineering, architecture, film and tourism, agriculture, environmental management, emergency response, and more.
Today is a historic day for drones in business. In the US, at least. By the way, Friend, did you ever manage to tell me what city you live in? I would love to get a quick reply back from you on that.
Here is the website for the InterDrone event. If you want a helper to come back from this event with something valuable for you, let me know what that would be.

Happy Commercial Drone Day from my operating base in northern California! I hope to hear from you soon.
Cheers, Brett
