Subject: When you're not sure you like a job candidate
As we start the second month of the new working year, we just wanted to let you know that we are rooting for you!
Hiring Tip
When you're interviewing a candidate for a new position and you're not sure if you like them, write down a list of all their positive traits.
This way you can make sure your hiring decision comes from an objective point of view based on real facts, and not just your subjective opinion.
The same goes for the other way around.
When you absolutely love a candidate and want to hire them on the spot, create a list of their shortcomings (job-wise) to make sure you would still decide to hire them, flaws notwithstanding.
We always love to catch up with our good friends and clients.
2020 was quite the year...
As we start the second month of the new working year, we just wanted to let you know that we are rooting for you.
We hope that 2021 brings you a year filled with success and happiness in all areas!
