Information about an important update to the Ortus platform's security measures..

Friend,

Important Information For Ortus Clinical Platform Users

We want to inform you about an important update regarding our platform's security measures. Starting from tomorrow, we will be implementing Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to further safeguard your account and those of your patients.

With 2FA, when you log in to your account, you'll not only need to enter your password but also verify your identity through a second step. From now on, upon your login attempt, you'll receive an email and a text message to the email address and mobile number you've registered with us. You will be asked to do this every 30 days, unless you reset your browser in which case you will be asked again the next time you login.

This extra layer of security adds an additional barrier against unauthorized access, significantly reducing the risk of any potential security breaches. We understand the importance of keeping your information safe, especially given the sensitive nature of the data we handle.

Rest assured, this process is designed to be seamless and hassle-free for you. Once you receive the email and text, simply follow the instructions provided to confirm your identity and gain access to your account.

Should you encounter any difficulties or have any questions regarding this new security feature, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team. We're here to assist you every step of the way. Our support line can be reached on 0333 090 1699 or alternatively email us on support@ortus-ihealth.com, our support staff are available from 8:30am until 5pm Monday to Friday.

Thank you for your cooperation as we continue to prioritize the security of your account and the protection of your data.

Keep safe.
